Hello and welcome to MHS.  I am the Home Economics department chair and I teach Culinary Arts classes here at Monache.  My work experience and education background is varied.  In addition to teaching, I have experience in the culinary arts, accounting and marketing, and as a large animal veterinary assistant.  I attended Collelge of the Sequoias, California State University, Bakersfield, and the Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts of Los Angles.  Although my bachelor's degree is in Business Administration, I hold a California teaching credential in Home Economics.
