Cafe Bleu

Cafe Bleu is a Student Driven Lunch Feature for Monache Staff to purchase.  Students learn food preparation, portion control and distribution of lunch items.  The director, Mrs. Silva, is in the process of expanding her kitchen and remodeling for a bigger enterprise next year.
