Prom Rules and Guidelines for Purchasing Tickets and Guest Passes
Purchasing Tickets (All Students):
All students attending prom MUST turn in a completed Parent/Guardian Authorization and Acknowledgement Form prior to purchasing a ticket, forms can be picked up from Mr. Herrera (ASB room - B-6). Students must also receive a CLEARANCE FORM from the library showing no fines on their account. No Exceptions!
Additional steps for students with a non-PUSD guest and for underclassmen at a different PUSD site are as follows:

Your guest must be under the age of 21, no exceptions!

Students must pick up a guest pass from the Activities Window.

Passes will be available on 4/7/25 and are due no later than 4/22/25.

PARENTS are to turn in completed guest passes at the Activities Window. Students are not allowed to return the passes. Only one guest pass per student is allowed.

No guest pass is needed if your guest is a Junior or Senior at a PUSD school. They will purchase their ticket from their own school site.

Once the guest pass is approved, students will then be allowed to purchase tickets for themselves and their one guest.
Activities Window available 8:00am - 4:30pm:

Closed for lunch Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 12:00pm - 1:00pm; and Wed, 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Tickets are sold and assigned to the purchasing student and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Tickets are $40 per attendee. NO REFUNDS will be given.
