Hello Marauder parents and guardians,
On the first day of school, your student(s) will come home with a manila envelope containing very important information for you to review and return by August 15th. The envelope contains the following:
  • MHS Bell Schedules (Revised for 2019-20)
  • MHS Picture Day Order Form
  • MHS Emergency Contact Information (complete and return ONLY if there have been changes made to your current information)
  • PUSD Year-long Calendar
  • PUSD Student Accident Insurance Information
  • PUSD School Funding Data Collection Form (please complete and return, regardless of your family's economic status)
In addition to these forms, pages 1-3 of the Student Handbook need to be reviewed and signed by parent(s)/guardian(s) and their student. Please have your student return these signed pages from the Handbook, along with the other forms from the envelope, to their period 1 teacher by August 15th. If your student is unscheduled period 1, have the forms returned to the front office. Thank you!
