Welcome to the Home of the Marauders, and welcome to another exciting year of Monache Athletics! 

I am proud to be your Athletic Director. I am very fortunate to be a member of a community complete with Rigor, High Standards, and Dedication that surrounds this great school. It is a true honor to welcome you to an environment that cultivates academic and athletic accomplishment while embracing Excellence, Discipline and Sportsmanship. 

Monache High School is a proud member of the California Interscholastic Federation Central Section (CIF-CS) and fields boys and girls athletic programs, in 20 Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Freshmen sports. These programs play an essential role in teaching our young men and women to conduct themselves with honesty and integrity, strive for excellence, persevere through adversity, make sacrifices and compete with dignity and pride while developing a commitment to teamwork and service to our school and community.

The Monache Athletics mission focuses on the complete success of our students, and I have always been a firm believer that interscholastic athletics is an immense part of excelling in an educational setting. Our student-athletes push for excellence in their sports. They work hard to fulfill their potential in the classroom and on the playing surfaces, and have become leaders and role models within our school community and beyond. 

Our Principal, Administrators, Faculty and Staff are committed to get the most out of our STUDENT-athletes. I work with a winning team in the athletics department, from the office to the field. We have passionate coaches who care and have the expertise to coach. Our coaches and I are always happy to talk with you about our programs and answer any questions you may have. Please don’t hesitate to contact myself and the coaches. 

We expect our coaches, athletes and spectators to conduct themselves in a manner that shows respect and sportsmanship when we interact with opposing teams, coaches, fans and contest officials.

I am excited to be a part of the rich tradition of athletics and look forward to supporting our community here at Monache High School.
