2023 SENIOR CALENDAR
April 25: Deadline to submit RSVP for College Signing Day
April 26: Senior cap/gown delivery - Campus Circle after school (1:55 pm). Balance due to Jostens must be
paid. Jostens will take back all items not paid in full!
April 27: If you did not pick up your cap and gown and other senior items on April 26TH, you may pick them up at the Activities Window, as long as all your balance due to Jostens has been paid in full.
May 1: MHS College Decision Day Celebration
May 5: Deadline to notify your Counselor of any Scholarships awarded in order to be recognized at Scholarship Night.
May 10: Academic Awards Assembly - Main Gym - 12:30 pm. Period 6 for Award Recipients and parents.
May 19 Yearbook Delivery & Signing Party - Campus Center 3:40 - 6 pm
May 22: Regular Schedule
May 22: Scholarship Night – Campus Circle - 6 pm
May 23: Senior Finals Periods 1, 3, 5, 6. 7
May 24: Senior Finals Periods 2, 4 (Seniors released after 4th period @ 11:45 am)
May 24: Traditional MHS Senior Farewell - through the gate next to Administration Building @ 11:45 am
May 24: Senior Sunset & Senior Dinner - CANCELED
May 25: Clearance Day - In order to receive your Graduation Packet, you must turn in all library and textbooks
and clear all fines.
ALL Senior Grades are due by Noon
May 25: Gradnight @ Magic Mountain for those Seniors that signed-up.
May 26: Senior Meeting and Graduation Packet pick-up. Main Gym at 9:00 am.
Graduation Packet Includes: Graduation Ceremony Tickets (10 tickets per grad); Seal Bearer Cords & Tassels; A - G Cords; Academy Stoles and pictures
May 30: Last chance to clear by 12:00pm: Pick-up your Graduation Packet in the Counseling Office.
May 30: Drive Thru Diploma Pick-Up. 2 - 4 pm.
May 30: Graduation Practice at Jamison Stadium at 8:30 pm. All graduates planning to participate in the
graduation ceremony are required to attend practice. REMINDER: NO HIGH HEELS!
May 31: Graduation! All seniors participating in the graduation ceremony must be at Jamison
Stadium by 6:30 pm with their cap and gown. Graduation will begin promptly at 7:30 pm!
Don’t be late – we won’t wait!! If you arrive after the processional has begun you WILL NOT be allowed to participate in the ceremony. REMINDER: No high heels will be allowed on the field. If you show up with heels on, you will be required to remove them before entering the field. Wedges are okay.
